Services for a child with developmental disabilities

Posted on March 29, 2013 at 1:10 PM

http://apd.myflorida.com if you have a child with developmental disabilities you should apply for this Medicaid Waiver Program that could help parents with services your child may need. Also CMS (children medical services) is another Medicaid Waiver Program you could apply as if you were applying for medicaid (myflorida.com/accessflorida). I suggest you apply for these services and it is based on the child's income not the household (at least it was when I was a provider). Good luck to all.

www.themonarchschool.org - Monarch School in Lakeland Florida provides amazing learning opportunities for children with autism and similar disabilities.

Good luck with these resources. ~ REL Kids Staff ;)
